Paying For Your Visit No one is turned away for inability to pay.
Deschutes Rim Health Clinic will bill all insurance companies, even if you are out of your plan’s network.
If you have an insurance card, please bring it to your appointment. Your office visit copay is requested at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and major credit and debit cards. We welcome patients enrolled with private insurers. Feel free to contact our staff with questions about health insurance.
Each insurance has different Networks. Please contact your insurance to verify that our provider(s) are in-network for the best coverage.

Full Pay Discount Rate
A $75 deposit is required at the time of service. The remaining balance is due within 30 days after the first statement and patients can request a 10% pay in full discount if paid within 30 days of receiving the first statement (10% discount applies to self-pay and insured patients).
Sliding Fee Discount Program
Our sliding fee discount program option is offered to all patients.
Eligibility is based on your yearly household income and family size. Use your most recent tax return, or pay stubs, to estimate income. You will not be asked about assets such as a home or business.
