Primary Care Clinic

Jennifer Lombardi, FNP, is our new full time provider of primary care services for all ages.

Jennifer’s background and experience are an ideal fit for South County. After seventeen years of acute and chronic care nursing including a stint as a coordinator for patient care, she became a certified Nurse Practitioner, practicing in Laramie, Wyoming. For three years, she worked in Urgent Care seeing patients of all ages, sometimes dealing with 100 patients in a shift at the height of the COVID pandemic. She has followed that with three years of home health care, primarily for Medicare patients, for whom she was often their PCP, managing the full gamut of care.

Jennifer and her husband Brian moved to Maupin from Laramie, WY. They are avid fisher-folks and will be floating their raft and Clackacraft drift boat down the Deschutes soon!
